Territory Assignment

Territory Assignment

What is a Territory?

A geographic area or product distribution zone assigned to you containing specific QR-coded products you're responsible for managing.

How Products Are Assigned:

  1. Administrator uploads products via CSV
  2. Each product row includes your assignee name or ID
  3. Products appear in your dashboard automatically
  4. You start earning when customers scan your products

Geo-Fencing (Optional)

Some territories use location-based restrictions:

Geo-Protection Settings

  • Latitude & Longitude: Center point of your territory
  • Scan Radius: Allowed distance from center (in kilometers)
  • Customer Scans: Only valid within your radius

Example:

  • Territory Center: Dhaka Central (23.8103° N, 90.4125° E)
  • Scan Radius: 10 km
  • Customer scanning from 15 km away → Scan blocked

Benefits:

  • Prevents scans from outside your designated area
  • Ensures products are sold in correct territories
  • Protects against counterfeit distribution

5. Goals & Achievement System

How Milestones Work

The assignee goal system operates on a checkpoint-based cycle model similar to the customer system.

Milestone Configuration

Default Settings (configurable by admin):

  • Goal Target: 100 scans per cycle
  • Milestone Bonus: 5,000 Taka per cycle completion
  • Checkpoint System: Progress resets after each claim

Earning Process

Step 1: Scans Accumulate

Customers scan products in your territory. Each successful first-time scan counts toward your goal. Progress shown in dashboard progress bar.

Step 2: Reach Milestone

When you hit 100 scans (or your configured goal), you complete Cycle 1. Milestone bonus (5,000 Taka) is automatically added to your conversion amount. You receive SMS notification (if enabled).

Step 3: Continued Progress

Keep accumulating scans. Each additional 100 scans = Another cycle completion. Bonuses stack until you claim.

Step 4: Claim & Reset

When you claim, your checkpoint updates. New cycle begins from your current scan count. Previous bonuses are marked as claimed.

KPI Breakdown

1. Total Scanned (All-Time)

Lifetime count of successful scans (never resets)

2. Scans at Last Claim

Your scan count when you last claimed (checkpoint marker)

3. Scans Since Last Claim

6. Claiming Your Conversion Amount

When to Claim

You can claim your conversion amount anytime you have unclaimed earnings greater than zero.

Strategic Timing:

  • Immediate Claims: Claim after each milestone for regular cash flow
  • Accumulated Claims: Wait for multiple milestones to maximize single claim amount
  • Business Needs: Claim when you need funds for operations

Important: Bonuses don't expire — they accumulate until you claim them.

Claim Process

  2. Click "Claim Conversion Amount": Button located in dashboard header or KPI section (only active when claimable amount > 0)

A: Common reasons: Network delay (wait 2-3 minutes), Wrong number (verify entry), Spam filter (check blocked messages), Service issue (contact administrator). Solution: Click "Resend Code" to request a new OTP.

Q: How do I know which products are assigned to me?

A: All products assigned to your territory appear in the Product Performance table on your dashboard. Each row shows a product you're responsible for.
