8. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I forgot my registered mobile number. What should I do?

A: Contact your administrator or sales manager. They can look up your registered contact information.

Q: Why isn't my scan count increasing?

A: Check if customers have actually scanned products, verify no date filter is active, ensure only first-time scans count, and confirm products are assigned to you.

Q: Do duplicate scans count toward my incentives?

A: No. Only first-time scans earn you incentives. Duplicate scans are logged but don't generate earnings.

Q: How can I encourage customers to scan products?

A: Educate customers on loyalty benefits, demonstrate scanning during sale, send follow-up reminders, share customer success stories, and provide scanning assistance.

Q: When should I claim my incentives?

A: Claim anytime! Options include immediate claims after each milestone, accumulated claims for larger payments, or monthly claims for predictable income. Discuss with your sales manager for payment schedule preferences.

Q: What happens to my bonuses if I don't claim immediately?

A: Bonuses accumulate and persistβ€”they don't expire. Keep stacking as you complete more cycles and claim whenever convenient.

Q: Can I access my dashboard from mobile phone?

A: Yes! The sales team portal is mobile-responsive. Access from any smartphone or tablet with the same features as desktop.
