How to Prepare
First take 8 heaped teaspoon or 40 gram equivalent of OPTIMA Control powder in a cup or mug or shaking bottle
Add 200 ml or Prescribed Amount of Pure Water or Prescribed Liquid
Stir well for 40 – 50 seconds. If using blender, use no more than 10 seconds.
Reconstituted OPTIMA Control should used promptly. Please follow your healthcare provider’s instructions for tube feeding. Depending on the change in taste and suitability, you can prepare thick food adding proportionate water. Do not dissolve in hot water, it may increase thickness and change taste.
